    Surprise! Contrary to popular belief, fat is not the “enemy,” but an essential nutrient; however, not all fats are created equal. Know Your Fats will review the properties of a variety of fats that determine whether they are “good or bad” for us, and why some can be used in cooking while others are best never heated. Everyone needs some fats in their diet, but they must be the “right” ones; your health and vitality depend it!
