How to Order Curbside Pickup

First, click on the Web Store button:

Step 1: Shop the Web Store by adding what you want to your cart.
When you are done shopping, go to your cart:

Check over your order & add any “Order Instructions” in the box on the right & then hit the yellow “Order Now” button.

This will prompt you to share your information. We will need your name, email & a good phone number. If you are currently an owner with us, please use the same information that is linked to your FBFC Ownership account. You can also register for an account before you start shopping using your name, email or ownership account number. You will want to link to your FBFC Account in order to get all of your owner discounts & pricing.

Step 2: Will ask you to confirm the $5 curbside pickup fee and choose a pick up date & time. We will do our best to fulfill by that time, but your order will not be ready until you get a phone call asking for payment.

Step 3: Confirm that you will pay at pickup. We can take your payment over the phone or bring a mobile device to your car. We will have online payment options soon.

If you are paying with EBT/SNAP, you will have to use our mobile payment device. We will waive the $5 curbside fee for you.

Step 4: Review & Confirm your Cart. Look over your order. If you need to make changes, you can go back to your cart & shop. When your order is complete, hit “Confirm Order.” You will get an email confirmation with your order details. And then another email when your order is ready to be picked up. We will call you for payment.

If there are items that you do not see on the Web Store, please make a second order through the “Curbside Pickup” button at the top of our website. You can write in the items that you would like & we will add them to your Web Store order. Please make a note on the form that this is an addition to your Web Store order.
