The Board of Directors plays a critical role in ensuring the continued success and health of your co-op. They work closely with the General Manager to monitor and guide the vision of the co-op and progress towards that vision. You don’t need to be a grocer to participate on the board! The most important thing is that you are passionate about your co-op and want to help it succeed.
